After completing her Human Resources Management qualifications, Ntobeko took the leap into entrepreneurship. Beginning as a cashier at Pick n Pay supermarket, she diligently saved up to self-publish a book, which provided the initial funds for her chicken farm. Despite facing setbacks such as losing birds, Ntobeko remained determined, gradually expanding her venture into crop production and offering training programs.

Madame Clucks A lot is a sustainable farm specializing in non-GMO broiler chickens and organic crops. They sell between 250-600 chickens a month and specialize in the farming and sale of kale, spinach, mustard, cherry tomatoes and other leafy greens. They have a training and development program (physical and virtual) that teaches and trains people on sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices.
