Anele Marvellous Khumalo grew up in Emganwini, Bulawayo, where entrepreneurship wasn’t a career choice — it was a means of survival. From a young age he was trading, and what began as a small printing and design hustle gradually became something more intentional: a structured agency built on the conviction that good branding shouldn’t be a luxury. Anele is the Founder and CEO of Crisp & Co. Creatives, a youth-led branding and marketing agency serving SMEs and student entrepreneurs across Bulawayo and the University of Zimbabwe. His mission is straightforward — reduce small business failure by making authentic, professional branding accessible to those who need it most.

Crisp & Co. Creatives offers brand identity development, graphic design, social media marketing, web development, photography, and storytelling-driven content creation. Beyond client work, the agency runs free educational sessions for young entrepreneurs and creates income opportunities for students through commission-based work — directly tackling youth unemployment in low-income communities. Rooted in lived experience, Crisp & Co. exists to strengthen the businesses that sustain families and neighbourhoods, helping them grow, connect with audiences, and access new opportunities.
