About Ndangano
In 2020, after successfully passing matric, he moved to Gauteng to pursue higher education in commerce, aiming to enhance his business management skills. Today, Ndangano is dedicated to furthering his business acumen to continue driving his company’s success.
Transition into Entrepreneurship
Ndangano was born in the Limpopo province of South Africa and was raised in a family that sold fruits and vegetables for a living. He learned the ropes of entrepreneurship from a young age. At just 8 years old, he began selling produce and managing the family farm, mastering customer relations along the way. Ndangano’s entrepreneurial spirit blossomed when he took over his father’s farm and expanded into running spaza shops both at school and home while still in grade 8. Between 2008 and 2021, South Africa struggled to produce enough high school graduates with the necessary marks to pursue university degrees. This issue was worsened by high dropout rates and insufficient academic support. Ndangano founded Edwin Tutoring Services (ETS) in 2019 to help address some of these educational challenges, particularly the overcrowding in classrooms and the lack of quality passes in key subjects like Mathematics and Physical Science.
