Manuel is a finance professional and social entrepreneur whose journey began with a simple request from friends to teach English. What started as a small initiative quickly evolved into English Plus, a growing language school that’s helping individuals overcome language barriers in Angola, Mozambique, and beyond. With a background in Accounting and Finance and experience presenting Angola’s national budget to UNICEF and the Ministry of Finance, Manuel blends technical expertise with a passion for youth empowerment. As a participant in the U.S. Department of State’s exchange program, he brings a global perspective to his work. Through initiatives like the Junior Business Consulting program, he continues to create opportunities for underprivileged students to fund their education while building practical skills.
