About Kouetcha

Kouétcha’s passion for agriculture, especially livestock, stems from his upbringing in a farming family. Qualified in animal production from university, he serves as a senior technician, coach, and consultant.  Kouétcha leverages his expertise to support livestock farms. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Noanti’s Company NY. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds joy in listening to music, dancing, and exploring literature on entrepreneurship.

Transition into Entrepreneurship

Kouétcha’s journey into entrepreneurship began during his high school years when he started farming to support himself financially. Recognizing the potential of farming not only to sustain himself but also expand into a viable business, he pursued further education in agricultural sciences. Throughout his university studies, he utilized farming as a practical application of his academic knowledge, honing his skills and nurturing his farm simultaneously. As he witnessed the success of his domestic farm and observed the challenges in the job market, particularly high unemployment rates for university graduates, he turned to self-employment. Motivated by the desire to take control of his future and inspired to pave the way for the younger generation, he made the decision to transition into entrepreneurship.
