About this Report
Little research has examined how and to what extent youths are creating employment for themselves and for other young people. The efforts youth are making are lost in focusing on the challenges and problems they face and not the powerful coping strategies and positive change they bring about in their communities and country. This commissioned study sought to explore and understand the extent to which young and older Tanzanian entrepreneurs are creating jobs and under what conditions.
